Where is my access code?

You may find your access code in the email you received after filling out the Guest Registration form with Every guests’ data. We will send out the code for you 24 hours before check-in time (15:00 or 3 pm).

Where are my keys?

You don’t need a key to enter your apartment and of course, lock it.

How can I enter the apartment?

You may enter your apartment by entering your Access code on the pin pad right beside the main door. After that please enter your apartment’s code on the pinpad inside the hallway.

Where is the Google form?

You have received the Guest registration form previously. Please check your mailbox where you have booked your apartment.

The link is not working!

Please try to copy the text from the message and enter it into your browser’s search bar.

Please make sure that every circuit breakers are in the “ON” position. In case kitchen appliances are still not working then, contact the manager via Whatsapp.

How to use the cooker hood?

To use the cooker hood pull it towards yourself. To increase the ventilation press the button on the front right of the device.

How to use the hotplate?

To use the hot plate you may find the buttons on the front side of the device NOT on the top.

Is there Netflix?

Yes, you may use the built-in app on the TV and sign in with your account. PS.: Don’t forget to sign out before you check out.

What is the Wi-Fi code?

You may find the Wi-Fi code in the email we sent to your mailbox before.

How can I alarm the apartment?

You may alarm your apartment by entering your code on the pin pad in the hallway. After successfully entering the code, you will hear a beeping sound.

How can I lock my door?

After entering your code upon leaving the apartment, the door will lock itself automatically.
